Listen to your Session Recording often for the 7 days to 3 weeks following your session. This will help to deepen the work we did as well as support you through any detox symptoms you may be experiencing. Listen to it at a very low volume while you are laying down and resting. Let the transmission flow through you. Comprehension of the wording is not what is important here, but more the transmission. The more you can RELAX, the better. If you fall asleep - great! Some also listen to it while multi tasking. Use your inner knowing about the best way to listen and receive it.
Yoga/Dancing/Walking/Movement - may provide us with the lift we need to move through the transitioning process more gracefully and with more groundedness.
Sea Salt Bath - pour approximately 1-2 cups of sea salt or epsom salts into a warm bath. Soak and rest in the tub. This will help to relax you, cleanse your physical body and rebalance your energetic body.
Extra Rest - Your system is working hard right now and it is a good idea to give it periods of rest so it can focus it's energy and consciousness on it's re-calibration.
Water - Extra water is important during this time of restructuring your system.

Talking/Connection - Making contact, connecting and talking with others may be helpful during this time. During times of great transition, our spirit needs to know that we are not alone with anything - ever! We are loved and accepted and cared for for who we are - no matter what! Silence - Be with yourself in silence. Watch, witness, accept, allow whatever thoughts, feelings, images are showing up.

Reading Inspiring Books - Reading anything uplifting & inspiring can give you the support and nourishment your being may need to reinforce the changes you are experiencing at the moment.
Aromatherapy (Essential Oils) - These are oils taken from plants. Our olfactory sense is our oldest and most potent sense organ for a direct delivery system of healing. Make sure to go light with this as a little goes a very long way.
Tapping - EFT : Emotional Freedom Technique is a very powerful tool. It involves tapping with your fingers on specific points in the order shown below while saying out loud the charged negative belief, pattern, situation. Doing this together neutralizes emotional charge. It may take several rounds, but it is definitely worth the 15 minutes it takes. You will be glad you did!
Here is the basic EFT outline: Check in with yourself and identify the emotions/beliefs that are up for you. Choose the strongest emotion and do the protocol on that one first. Rate the level of intensity on a scale from 0 (being no emotion) and 10 (extreme emotion). Then commence with the tapping protocol below:
1. Karate Chop Point - The areas right below the bottom joint of both of your pinky fingers. Tap them together as you say "Even though I feel________, I completely love and accept myself." Say this 3 times and tap for the whole time you are saying it.
2. Top of the Head - Tap the top of your head with all fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
3. Eyebrow - Tap the innermost part of your eyebrow with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
4. Side of the Eye - Tap the outermost part of your eyebrow with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel__________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop point to be consistent.
5. Under Eye - Tap under the eye with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
6. Under Nose - Tap under the nose with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
7. Chin - Tap the space between lower lip and chin with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
8. Collarbone - Tap under the eye with 2 fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
9. Under Arm - Tap under the arm (about 3-4 inches below the armpit) with all fingers and say "This feeling of _______" or "I feel _________" Use the same feeling(s) you used for the Karate Chop round to be consistent.
Rate your level of intensity again. If it is not 0, do some more rounds of this. When you reach a lower level of intensity and feel it is in order, add the word "remaining" before the word "feeling" to the above protocol. Proceed until the intensity is down to 0. You will notice that as you diminish one emotion, other emotions will be there. That is normal. Now you can proceed to do the above protocol on the other emotion/s that are there after neutralizing the most intense ones.
